Terms and Conditions – B&B Le Sirene
- Bookings and Confirmation
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email. To confirm your booking, a deposit of [percentage]% of the total stay is required. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the B&B. Bookings are considered final only after the deposit is received and a written confirmation is sent by B&B Le Sirene.
- Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations by the Guest:
- Up to [number] days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
- From [number] to [number] days before arrival: [percentage]% of the deposit will be retained.
- Less than [number] days before arrival or in case of no-show: The entire deposit will be retained. Cancellations by the B&B: In the event of cancellation by the B&B due to unforeseen circumstances, the full amount paid by the guest will be refunded. Modifications: Any changes to the booking (dates, room type, etc.) are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
- Arrival and Departure
Check-in: From [time] to [time]. Check-out: By [time]. Any arrivals or departures outside of these times must be agreed upon in advance with the B&B.
- Payments
The B&B accepts the following payment methods: [list accepted payment methods]. The city tax, if applicable, is not included in the price and must be paid on-site.
- Liability
B&B Le Sirene is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of guests’ personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the B&B’s property or equipment.
- House Rules
Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Pets are allowed only upon request and authorization by the B&B. Please respect quiet hours during the night.
- Privacy
Guests’ personal data will be processed in accordance with current privacy regulations.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Ragusa.
- Final Provisions
B&B Le Sirene reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the moment they are published on the B&B’s website or otherwise communicated to guests.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By confirming the booking, the guest declares to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
